Realme – The most disruptive Brand of the year 2018 has been dominating the budget and mid range segments with its smartphone launches. The Realme C1 (2018) was launched last year. It was a value for money phone for a price tag of INR 7.5k.

Now Realme seems to conquer the budget segment yet again with their latest launch – The Realme C1 (2019). This one from Realme comes with better specifications than its predecessor starting at the same price tag of INR 7.5k. The company calls its the “Entertainment ka Baap” with Mega Display, Mega display and Mega Storage.

The smartphone sports a 6.2 inch HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The device has a 88.8% screen to body ratio. The company claims to have achieved this ratio by minimising the bezels compared to the previous Realme C1.

Just like the previous version even Realme C1 (2019) skips the fingerprint sensor and relies on the face unclock feature, which is relatively fast on Realme phones.

Realme C1 (2019) is a dual sim phone with Dual 4G Volte and a dedicated memory card slot expandable upto 256GB (which is present on almost all the Realme phones).

The device comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 450 SoC which is an octa core processor. The GPU on this device is Adreno 506. The smartphone sports a big 4230mAH battery.

The smartphone has a 13MP + 2MP AI dual rear camera setup and a 5MP selfie shooter. It supports video recording upto 1080p and also has Portrait mode.

The smartphone also has features like split screen for multi tasking, AI board and 3 finger screenshot. All these are features of the Color OS 5.1 based on Android Oreo (8.1).

The device is launched in 2 variants :

2GB RAM along with 32GB of onboard storage at a price of Rs. 7,499/-.

3GB RAM along with 32GB of onboard storage at a price of Rs. 8,499/-.

The phone will go on sale starting 12:00 pm on 5th February, 2019 and will be a Flipkart exclusive.
