Samsung has always been unpredictable when it comes to the budget segment. Some of the Samsung budget phones we think were not so value for money phones when it comes to the specifications they offered. They offered industry best screens but lacked when it comes to providing high end processors in a budget like the competitors in the budget segment.

Samsung now we feel has finally got things right in the budget segment with its new series, i.e, the M series launching this month. The launch is scheduled on 28th January, 2019.

Amazon India has already teased the launch on its Samsung M series page. The images show a clear design change. This is not similar to its ongoing devices. Samsung has finally introduced a notch, a waterdrop notch in its display. Samsung calls it the Infinity-V display. You can expect a full HD+ resolution. The back shows dual camera setup along with a fingerprint sensor (rear mounted).

The Amazon India page for Samsung’s M series also hints at some more specifications like the ultra wide angle camera, bigger battery and a good battery life and also fast charging 3X (possibly quick charge 3).

The M series will be having its global launch in India. Rumours are that there will be 3 phones lined up in this series, naming M10, M20 and M30. Samsung’s M series will be an Amazon exclusive.

It will be interesting to see what Samsung has to offer this time as we at alloydroid are really excited for this newer series from Samsung.
