The rumoured specifications of the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 state a Snapdragon 660, a display with a full HD+ resolution, atleast a 5000mAH battery since its predecessor had it. It may be launched in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants supporting 64 or 128 GB of onboard storage.

ASUS is launching the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 on 11th December, 2018 in Indonesia. The twitter post by twitter handle @ASUS_Indonesia confirms it. They also uploaded an image showing official renders of the phone.

The Image shows triple rear cameras (the third one not that clear) at the back and a notched screen on the front. The earpiece resides right above the front camera.

The icons appearing on the screen provide that the smartphone will still be running on stock android, just like its predecessor.

The glossy finish at the back suggests the smartphone may sport a glass or a plastic back just like the realme series from OPPO which looks like glass.

The post says, “The Real Pro is coming” and the company claims the phone is better in terms of battery, display, performance and camera.

What do you guys think about the new Zenfone Max Pro M2? It would be interesting to see how it competes with the phones already branded with “Pro”.
